These hard-to-find two-sided carbon fiber sheets have our durable high gloss mirror finish on both sides of the sheet. And unlike other two-sided gloss on the market, these sheets will not peel apart or delaminate because the product is fused together during the manufacturing process.

1.3mm High Gloss Carbon Fiber Sheet

At .052” or 1/20” thick, the 1.3mm is our stiffest sheet with our trademark high-gloss mirror finish. With just slight flexibility, this carbon fiber panel doesn’t need much backing to support gauges and controls mounted to it.

Made from 6K 2×2 twill weave carbon fiber fabric, it is 100% genuine carbon fiber. It has a high gloss finish on one side and is pre-textured on the back to bond to any surface, using our 3M high-performance double-sided adhesive. This sheet can be cut with standard dremel tools, although steel tools will wear down after a few panels. We recommend carbide, bimetal or diamond coated cutting tools available at your hardware store.

1.0mm High Gloss Carbon Fiber Sheet

At .038” or 1/25” thick, the 1.0mm is a medium weight sheet with our trademark high-gloss mirror finish. While it has some flexibility and will wrap around a 12” pipe, it’s best suited for application on flat surfaces.

Made from 6K 2×2 twill weave carbon fiber fabric, it is 100% genuine carbon fiber. It has a high gloss finish on one side and is pre-textured on the back to bond to any surface, using our 3M high-performance double-sided adhesive. It can be cut with a hacksaw, coping saw, a dremel tool, a carbide saw or an abrasive cutoff wheel. No other sanding or prep work is required.
